In this strategic role, you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation, focused on modernizing operations, improving flow, and enhancing overall performance.
You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Flow OptimizationRedesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas.Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing.Standardization & Digital ManufacturingDevelop and deploy standard work and planning processes.Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions).Material Flow & InventoryImprove internal logistics and material handling.Support inventory reduction initiatives.Lean & Performance ManagementImplement Lean principles across operations.Develop and maintain operational KPIs.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop industrial engineering teams.Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.Proven experience in leadership and transformation initiatives.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing transformation programs.Lean / Six Sigma expertise.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple initiatives.Stakeholder management and influence skills.Continuous improvement mindset.Team leadership and development experience.Benefits
