Position: MDA Space Electromechanical Assembly Role

Join MDA Space as an Electromechanical Assembler, focusing on precision and innovation in assembling advanced space technology products.

Your role will be crucial in our mission to bridge possible and proven capabilities.

With more than 3,800 experts at MDA, we are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of relevant assembly experience. You will work on assembling products from different components, operating sophisticated equipment, and supporting various tasks in R&D. Your technical skills and education in electromechanical or mechanical fields are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare components for assembly procedures

• Conduct manual assembly using TH and SMT technologies

• Adjust automated assembly and inspection machinery

• Manage polymer bonding for component integration

• Support collegen compliance checks during assembly

Requirements:

• Diploma in electromechanical or related field

• Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role

• Basic computer skills for data entry

• Understanding tolerances and geometrical dimensions

• Proficiency in French, basic English recommended
