Machining Production Manager Position

Location: Mirabel

Lead operations at our machining facility with a focus on production efficiency and team management. This role oversees delivery, quality, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring a high-performance environment.

The Machining Production Manager will guide methods agents, operational programmers, and manufacturing teams. This leadership role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to implement production plans and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate tasks effectively to team members

• Implement actions to achieve production targets

• Anticipate and address issues proactively

• Communicate across departments for operational flow

• Work with HSE teams on compliance and improvement

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience

• About 10 years in a similar role

• Experience in unionized manufacturing settings

• Strong communication in French and English

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
