As part of your internship, you will contribute to:
  • Working on continuous improvement (KAIZEN) projects aimed at optimizing production processes
  • Planning and structuring operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with shop floor teams
  • Organizing and analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Participating in the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (production, quality, logistics)
  • During your internship, you will learn: (Optional)
  • How to use continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
  • To develop your project management and cross‑functional communication skills
  • To actively participate in on‑site improvement workshops
  • To structure and lead initiatives in an industrial environment
During your internship, you will learn :

What we are looking for:
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement principles or Lean Manufacturing
  • Enrollment in a university program in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in French (English is an asset)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
