• Proven experience with forklift operation and warehouse management.
• Solid mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate machining and cutting tools safely.
• Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Prior experience with packaging processes is a plus.
