Textile Dyeing Supervisor Position

Drive production efficiency as a Textile Dyeing Supervisor. Oversee scheduling, staff training, and ensure product quality in a dynamic environment.

This role demands a leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in textile dyeing and finishing. You'll coordinate with other departments, prepare reports, and manage the workflow of 5-10 machine operators and inspectors. Your expertise in MS Excel and the piece dyeing machine is essential for optimizing productivity and promoting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate work activities across departments

• Establish and manage work schedules

• Prepare production and quality reports

• Recommend personnel actions and improvements

• Train staff in safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience

• Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook

• Knowledge of piece dyeing machinery

• Valid driver's license and own transportation

• Ability to distinguish colors and ensure detail precision
