Planificateur de production​/Production Planner

Location: Dorval

We are looking for a motivated Production Planner
. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating production activities and ensuring an efficient workflow.

• Develop short‑and mid‑term production schedules based on capacity, orders, and forecasts.
• Work closely with production, customer service, purchasing, and inventory teams.
• Create and manage production work orders.
• Assess workload and staffing needs within production cells.
• Maintain and update ERP/MRP system data.
• Support the transition of new products from development to full production.
• Prepare material requirement lists and ensure availability.

• Experience as a Production Planner in an industrial manufacturing environment (electronics, electrical or mechanical).
• Education in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
• Fluent in French.

• Level of Proficiency
  
  Required:
  
  Advanced English.

  Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, support operations in another region.
• Frequency of Use:
  Constantly (for almost every task).
