Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop the production control team

• Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions

• Lead daily production activities and ensure smooth workflows

• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders

• Identify and report process deviations impacting execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of production planning principles

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
