Operations Team Leader at Bombardier

Location: Dorval

Take the lead at Bombardier as an Operations Team Leader, managing a dedicated group in a unionized manufacturing environment. Drive productivity and operational excellence from Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will oversee approximately 25 unionized employees at the Dorval Plant
3. Your responsibilities include planning daily operations, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring continuous improvement. With a strong focus on communication and teamwork, you'll foster a positive working environment while resolving any operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily activities for the operations team

• Achieve and monitor production objectives consistently

• Report and analyze productivity and quality indicators

• Ensure efficient problem resolution in a timely manner

• Promote training and evaluate employee performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
