In this role, you will manufacture, troubleshoot, and assemble molds for the Baths and Accessories departments. Applicants should have three years of experience in composite materials or five years in a similar capacity. Key skills include strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail to enhance production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and design new molds and complex models

• Prepare and interpret technical drawings and sketches

• Troubleshoot issues in mold manufacturing

• Develop methods to improve production efficiency

• Build fiberglass molds based on existing designs

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in composites or five years in a similar role

• Skills in molding, laminating, and fiberglass repair

• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to learn new processes quickly
