Location: Montreal
Join SpaceX as a Build Supervisor to drive advancements in Starship mechanisms and rocket production. Manage workforce dynamics and improve assembly efficiency in a dynamic environment.
This key position requires overseeing a team of about 30 technicians across two shifts. You will implement training initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and enforce safety protocols in the build center. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assembly build center operations on two shifts
• Create and manage training programs for efficiency
• Report on labor and quality metrics continuously
• Ensure machine maintenance schedules are followed
• Foster a safe and engaging work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a related field
• 10+ years in assembly and production preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods
