This role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers 12-hour shifts, where you will collaborate with production leads to meet quality and productivity goals. Expect to tackle technical troubleshooting and support a safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate chemical processes safely and efficiently
• Prioritize daily tasks with production supervisors
• Attend monthly safety meetings and promote safety
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures
• Train peers on approved operational functions
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Experience in process operations preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
