In your role, you will be required to:

• Inventory components before assembly
• Assemble, adjust, and install prefabricated parts to manufacture air treatment systems
• Perform various adjustment, setting, and fine-tuning operations necessary for assembly
• Ensure compliance with production and quality standards applicable to the company
• Work from a variety of plans, and in accordance with established procedures
• Inform your immediate supervisor of any anomalies or problems likely to hinder the smooth operation of production
• Ensure the cleanliness of workstations and the maintenance of assigned tools

• High school diploma or vocational training
• Experience in a factory, or in the manufacturing sector will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
• Have good physical aptitudes
• Ability to read and understand plans
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
• Collaboration skills and team spirit
• Time management skills
• Be able to adapt quickly to production changes
