Position: MDA Space Production Planning Supervisor
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

In this position, you'll coordinate the production control function while managing cross-functional relationships to streamline processes. Your leadership will enhance team performance and foster a collaborative environment. You will identify operational constraints and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the production control team through coaching

• Supervise daily production control activities

• Identify and mitigate execution constraints swiftly

• Represent the team in cross-departmental meetings

• Collaborate on process improvements for better productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or similar

• 5 to 7 years of experience in production control

• Knowledge of ERP and manufacturing systems

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Bilingual in French and English
