As part of Bombardier’s Aerospace Canada team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies that optimize production activities. Utilizing your project management acumen and three years of manufacturing experience, you will analyze productivity metrics and implement key indicators. Your proactive approach will facilitate Kaizen workshops aimed at continuous improvement and problem-solving within the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining production sequences for assembly

• Balance manpower requirements based on project needs

• Establish and observe labor standards

• Evaluate productivity indicators for assembly processes

• Lead improvement projects focused on efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering;
Master's beneficial

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong interpersonal communication skills in French and English

• Mastery of industrial engineering tools and concepts

• Competence in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
