Agropur seeks a Line Lead AOS to champion operational excellence through strong leadership and expertise in lean methodologies. This role involves overseeing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance equipment reliability, and optimize production processes. You will also lead a team, coordinate daily activities, and reinforce a culture committed to food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance KPIs

• Implement lean methodologies and eliminate chronic losses

• Coordinate daily production activities and resource priorities

• Drive change management and support employee development

• Lead safety, quality, and customer complaint investigations

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment

• Strong operational excellence/lean experience required

• Green Belt certification is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI
