Team Lead for Kettle Corn Production

Location: Montreal

Be a part of our team as the Team Lead for Kettle Corn Production, responsible for supervising the creation of kettle and caramel corn. Bring your minimum 1 year of experience to a leadership role.

You will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to guide the production team and ensure adherence to food safety policies.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality standards while managing the production process in a busy environment. Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the daily production plan effectively

• Supervise and motivate the production team

• Produce and package kettle and caramel corn to standards

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the production area

• Follow all outlined safety procedures in food safety

Requirements:

• At least 1 year as a Kettle Corn Specialist

• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills required

• Capability to work with minimal supervision

• Comfortable in a physically demanding job setting
