Join Hydra Dyne Technology as a Level 3 CNC Machinist, utilizing advanced CNC machining tools in a state-of-the-art facility. This role focuses on precision machining with opportunities for learning and growth.
Hydra Dyne Technology specializes in custom hydraulic components for global heavy equipment OEMs. As a Level 3 CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC tools while ensuring high-quality standards. Your expertise in interpreting engineering drawings and mentoring other employees will be crucial in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate various CNC machines for precision tasks
• Create and repair Non-Conforming Product records
• Conduct complete manual inspections of parts
• Mentor and train junior machinists in best practices
• Analyze and select appropriate speeds and feeds for machining
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in CNC machining
• Trade school diploma in a relevant program
• High manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in metrology and GD&T applications
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
