Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations and team performance

• Achieve production objectives while ensuring product quality

• Analyze productivity and safety indicators for improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma in operations, production, or related field

• 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity in a unionized setting

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Proficient in French is advantageous

• Flexibility to accommodate shift work as necessary
