In this supervisory role, you will manage production activities at the Mirabel plant, ensuring that performance targets are met across multiple shifts. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of team management experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing. Key responsibilities include monitoring production targets, managing employee allocations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations for team performance targets

• Coordinate production teams on the floor

• Track on-time delivery and scrap rates

• Guide employees and support quality efforts

• Conduct daily follow-up team meetings

Requirements:

• DEC or DEP in a relevant discipline

• At least 3 years of team management experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures

• Experience with ERP and production tracking applications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
