Our client, a leader in advanced materials manufacturing supporting the electric vehicle industry, is seeking a Superviseur de quart to join their team. As a Superviseur de quart, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Superviseur de quart

Location: Granby, QC

Pay Range: $67000 - $70000

Shift: jour, soir ou nuit

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and supervise manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are met
• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards and operational procedures
• Monitor manufacturing processes and performance indicators, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
• Lead process improvements and support the startup and stabilization of manufacturing operations

What's Needed?

• Diploma of vocational studies (DEP), college diploma (DEC), or technical training in a relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a team leader, supervisor, or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in coordinating production operations and managing priorities
• Experience with startup, continuous improvement, or process optimization is an asset
• Strong leadership, team development, and supervision skills
