Are you a hands‑on production leader with strong mechanical skills and a talent for solving problems? We are looking for a Production Line Lead to join a growing manufacturing company in Montréal.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is autonomous, proactive, and improvement-oriented, and who enjoys being directly on the production floor and making a real impact on operations.

Monday to Friday | Day Shift

Leadership role | Small team

• Full‑time permanent role
• Competitive salary from 25$/h – 35$/h based on experience
• Day shift:
  Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm – finish at 2pm on Fridays
• Paid overtime available Please expect to do overtime on most weeks
• Monthly allowance
• 2 weeks of vacation + 2 sick days per year
• Available parking

• Lead and support a team of approximately 6 production operators.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet production targets and schedules.
• Provide hands‑on support and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, safety, and food quality standards.
• Monitor production and equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime and waste.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, sanitation, and pre‑operational inspections.
• Identify, report, and help resolve production, quality, equipment, and staffing issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environ ment.
• Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall operations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environ ment.
• Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a production team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• A hands‑on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the production team when needed.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and food safety practices is a strong asset.
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset.

• Superviser et soutenir une équipe d’environ 6 opérateurs de production.
• Coordonner les activités quotidiennes afin d’atteindre les objectifs et les échéanciers de production.
• Participer activement aux opérations et assurer le respect des procédures, des BPF, des normes de sécurité et de qualité alimentaire.
