• Analyser les besoins opérationnels et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées au milieu manufacturier.
• Piloter ou soutenir des projets techniques en assurant leur planification, leur suivi et leur coordination.
• Développer et optimiser les méthodes de travail, les standards opérationnels et les processus de coordination.
• Assurer le lien entre les équipes terrain, les fonctions de soutien et la gestion.
• Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue et recommander des actions correctives durables.
• Produire et maintenir une documentation claire, structurée et utile aux opérations.
• Agir comme personne-ressource sur les dossiers techniques complexes et soutenir l’équipe au besoin.
• Contribuer à la coordination et à la continuité des activités de l’équipe au besoin.

• Analyze operational needs and propose technical solutions adapted to the manufacturing environment.
• Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, follow-up, and coordination.
• Develop and optimize work methods, operational standards, and coordination processes.
• Act as a link between shop-floor teams, support functions, and management.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation that is useful to operations.
• Act as a resource person on complex technical matters and support the team as needed.
• Contribute to the coordination and continuity of team activities as needed.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

• Détenir un DEC en génie ou dans une discipline d’ingénierie pertinente au poste.
• Posséder une expérience significative en milieu manufacturier, en méthodes, en coordination technique ou en gestion de projets.
• Comprendre rapidement les enjeux techniques, opérationnels et manufacturiers.
• Faire preuve de polyvalence, d’autonomie, de jugement et d’un intérêt marqué pour les défis.
• Démontrer de bonnes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
• Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office; la connaissance d’un ERP ou de systèmes manufacturiers constitue un atout.
• Démontrer de l’initiative et la capacité d’assumer progressivement un rôle plus large dans l’équipe.
• Capacité à gérer des projets techniques, coordonner plusieurs intervenants et respecter les échéanciers.
• Solide bagage technique en environnement manufacturier et bonne compréhension des opérations terrain.
• Expérience en méthodes de travail, amélioration continue et structuration de processus.

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in engineering or in a discipline relevant to the position.
• Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, work methods, technical coordination, or project management.
• Quickly understand technical, operational, and manufacturing challenges.
• Demonstrate versatility, autonomy, judgment, and a strong interest in challenges.
• Show strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP or manufacturing systems is an asset.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to gradually take on a broader role within the team.
• Ability to manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical background in a manufacturing environment and good understanding of shop-floor operations.
• Experience in work methods, continuous improvement, and process structuring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
