Through our production kitchen, we prepare ready-to-eat meals that reflect our commitment to quality, food safety, and sustainability. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Kitchen Team Member to support day-to-day operations in our production kitchen and juicing centre.

This is a hands-on role focused on preparing, producing, and packaging juices, beverages, and prepared foods according to Lufa Farms’ quality, food safety, and sustainability standards. Working under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help maintain an efficient production flow while ensuring all products meet our standards for freshness, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities
• Execute daily production tasks for juices, beverages, and prepared foods;
• Perform food preparation, juicing, bottling, labelling, and packaging;
• Follow production schedules to meet volume and quality targets;
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment;
• Comply strictly with HACCP, MAPAQ, and CFIA food safety standards;
• Accurately complete production, labelling, and sanitation records;
• Monitor product quality and report issues to the Supervisor;
• Assist with inventory handling and waste minimization;
• Safely operate production equipment and tools;
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow;
• Contribute to a respectful, safe, and positive work environment.

Requirements
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices;
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented;
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
• Basic comfort using digital tools (tablets, Google Forms, or similar systems);
• Ability to stand for extended periods;
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg;
• Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments;
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.

Assets
• 1+ year experience in a production kitchen, food manufacturing, or similar environment;
• Experience in juice or beverage production;
• Food safety or HACCP certification;
• Bilingual (English and French).Schedule
• 40 hours per week over 4 days on the night shift (10:00 pm to 8:00 am), with one weekend day mandatory (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday).Compensation & benefits
