- Contract Length: 12 Months
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Lead and deliver cross‑functional CI projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Apply recognized methodologies and tools including Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, A3, 8D, BPM, Design Thinking, and Kaizen events to deliver measurable improvements.
- Plan, facilitate, and lead Kaizen events to accelerate problem solving, process optimization, and team engagement.
- Develop, maintain, and facilitate CI training and workshops aligned with high‑tech industry best practices.
- Design and deliver Kaizen event training
, including preparation, facilitation techniques, and post‑event sustainment. - Facilitate Kaizen events
, problem‑solving workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions to empower teams to improve their own processes.
- Coach and mentor CI specialists, ambassadors, and business teams.
- Support leaders in adopting CI principles, tools, and behaviors.
- Act as a trusted Senior Specialist on operational excellence and transformation topics.
- Monitor CI project progress, benefits, and KPIs.
- Prepare structured project updates and executive‑level reporting.
- Collaborate with multiple CAE sites and functions worldwide.
- Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and value delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (technical or business) or equivalent experience in continuous improvement in a similar role.
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence and/or combined with management, industrial engineering and/or project management.
- Relevant experience in workshop facilitation Experience in "Six Sigma", "Lean", Problem Solving Methodology, business process management (BPM) projects and Transformation.
- Pragmatic approach in its efforts to achieve excellence, flexibility, adaptability, in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work at different organizational levels and support management teams.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. Autonomy in execution and decision‑making.
- Excellent skills in coaching and strong power of persuasion.
- Mastery of interpersonal skills:
Open and transparent communication, influence, active listening, and collaboration - Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Asset:
Six Sigma Certification Green/Black Belt, PMP.
