In this pivotal role, you’ll supervise mechanics and quality agents in the Experimental organization. Your responsibilities will include planning personnel schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires dynamic leadership to optimize operational performance and quality standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of mechanics and quality personnel

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

• Plan and coordinate assembly activities efficiently

• Lead safety and health initiatives across teams

• Drive improvements in processes and work methods

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in aerospace field

• Minimum ten years of aerospace experience

• At least three years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
