Gestal Amérique du Nord is seeking a Precision Toolmaker who excels in reading complex blueprints and applying machining techniques. Your responsibilities include manufacturing precision tools and ensuring they meet strict aerospace standards. Engage in process improvements and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret technical blueprints and produce tooling components
• Operate CNC and conventional machines for part production
• Conduct precision fitting and functional testing of tools
• Facilitate repairs and modifications of tooling
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• DEP in machining or relevant qualifications
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred
• Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Familiarity with materials like titanium and steel
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative spirit
