Job Description:
L’opérateur de réception (Goods receipt operator) gère l’une ou plusieurs des activités suivantes :
- Vérifier que le produit reçu est conforme à celui commandé.
- Vérifier la cohérence entre le produit, la documentation de livraison, la commande initialement adressée au fournisseur et les données qui lui sont associées.
- Vérifier visuellement les numéros de pièce et de série ainsi que la quantité et/ou les numéros de lot.
- Vérifier l’état général du produit.
- Vérifier la présence, l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité de ce qui a été commandé en se basant sur la documentation de livraison.
- Réaliser l’enregistrement de la réception, consigner les informations nécessaires et gérer les besoins en pièces.
- Préparer le fichier de réception des produits pour archivage (comprend la documentation de livraison des dits produits).
