As an Operations Coordinator, you will oversee critical integration and kitting activities necessary for maintaining production schedules. Collaborating closely with supply chain and logistics teams, your attention to detail will help ensure compliance with aviation safety standards. While aerospace experience is beneficial, strong organizational and problem-solving skills from related fields are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily aerospace production operations

• Align execution with integration and operational priorities

• Identify and implement process enhancements

• Interact with Supply Chain and Production teams routinely

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations in the MRO setting

Requirements:

• Previous experience in MRO, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred

• Strong grasp of material flow and logistics

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills in a team environment

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
