AAA Canada is looking for a CNC Machinist for a full-time role starting in May 2026, primarily focused on working with tight tolerances in aerospace. In this position, you will read and interpret engineering drawings, program and operate CNC machines, and carry out quality control checks on machined parts. Your critical thinking abilities will aid in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret technical plans and aerospace specifications
• Operate CNC and conventional machine tools
• Machine components from materials like aluminum and titanium
• Ensure conformity to aerospace quality standards
• Document processes and ensure parts traceability
Requirements:
• Diploma in machining or equivalent education
• Relevant aerospace machining experience preferred
• Skilled in CNC milling and/or turning
• Knowledge of aerospace materials
• Strong drawing interpretation skills
