Maintenance Supervisor – Night Shift

Location: Montreal

Hello, I’m Anthony Chacon, Recruitment Advisor at FED Manu Tech, specializing in engineering, technical and manufacturing positions. I’m currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift for a growing food manufacturing company. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and supporting production operations throughout your shift.

YOUR MISSIONS Your Role :

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions;

Prioritize work according to production requirements;

Lead, coach and support the maintenance team;

Monitor breakdowns, downtime and maintenance activities;

Coordinate work with production and other departments;

Ensure the availability of parts and technical resources;

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food safety standards;

Participate in internal and external audits;

Support the follow-up of non-conformities;

Investigate recurring breakdowns and contribute to corrective actions;

Participate in continuous improvement projects;

Ensure effective communication between teams.

Working Conditions :

Permanent, full-time position

Night shift:
Monday to Friday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.Dental, disability, extended health and life insurance;

YOUR PROFILE Your Profile :

DEC in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics or equivalent experience;3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;

Maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment;

Food manufacturing experience is an asset;

Strong French and functional English;

Class C electrical license is an asset;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office;

CMMS experience is an asset;

Strong leadership, autonomy and decision-making skills.
