Program, set up, and optimize CNC lathes to ensure the production of high-precision parts;
Prepare setups, select appropriate cutting tools, and plan machining operations according to technical specifications;
Perform machine start-ups and participate in the launch of new manufacturing projects;
Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency of machining operations;
Analyze and improve existing programs to enhance performance, quality, and production efficiency;
Make required technical adjustments in response to production issues and provide technical support to machine operators;
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and workshop optimization projects;
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
DEP in Machining Techniques, DEC in Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant training;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer specializing in turning operations;
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and lathe machining;
Good knowledge of FeatureCAM and/or Mastercam software;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex tolerances;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize manufacturing processes.
