Method Agent and Project Manager

You have acquired solid experience in the industrial sector, ideally in aeronautics, and wish to take on new challenges while developing your skills? This opportunity is for you!
We are looking for an  experienced methods agent in the aeronautical and manufacturing sector  to join an operations support team based in  Mirabel, Quebec (Canada) .
You will evolve within an aeronautical production environment, more specifically in pre-assembly activities for components intended for final assembly lines of commercial aircraft.

Your role will consist of supporting production teams, coordinating manufacturing projects, and effectively resolving technical issues to minimize their impact on operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the manufacturing strategy and plan for pre-assembly activities.

Drive complex manufacturing projects aimed at product improvement, assembly cycle reduction, and increased production rates.

Plan and coordinate activities during the various phases of assigned projects.

Ensure resource coordination and act as an interface between various stakeholders.

Manage internal client expectations as well as change requests related to projects.

Prepare and present project progress reports to management teams.

Define project execution strategies taking into account scope, resources, schedules, costs, risks, quality, and communications.

Ensure monitoring and management of budgets and expenses associated with projects.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize assembly strategies and processes.

Participate in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.

Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to the rapid resolution of operational issues.
