Evening Shift Aerospace Operations Leader

Lead evening operations at Bombardier’s Dorval Plant 3 using manufacturing management and operational excellence expertise. Flexible and hybrid policies apply when applicable.

As Leader, Operations, you guide an experienced team delivering critical parts for manufacturing sites, assembly lines, and aircraft in service. You establish production objectives, standardize processes, and address Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost issues. The role supports Bombardier Aviation’s vision and values.

• Lead an experienced team delivering critical aircraft parts
• Establish and control production objective achievement
• Standardize processes supporting operational objectives
• Conduct three minimum floor walks each shift
• Coach employees and optimize knowledge sharing

• College diploma or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management
• Manufacturing management experience; aerospace experience advantageous
• Strong French communication skills; bilingualism advantageous
• Understanding of value-added production principles
• Planning, organization, entrepreneurship, and flexibility skills
