ST-EUSTACHE - Analytical Marketing Strategist
We’re looking for an Analytical Marketing Strategist who is passionate about performance, data, and strategy
. You will play a key role in a fast-growing Quebec-based B2C company (100+ employees, active in Quebec and Ontario), powered by a modern digital acquisition ecosystem, tens of thousands of leads annually, and a customer journey combining authentic human interactions with conversational AI tools.
Your mission: turn data into growth!
You will guide the multichannel strategy, optimize the customer journey, and contribute directly to acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Define and lead the marketing strategy based on business objectives and automotive financing sales cycles.
- Develop, test, and optimize multichannel strategies:
SEO, SEM, LLM, CRM/email, social media, partnerships, referral
.
- Conduct advanced analyses on segments, behaviors, cohorts, and customer journeys.
- Explore and interpret large volumes of marketing and CRM data from our digital ecosystem.
- Build KPIs, dashboards, and models needed to track performance.
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Sales.
- Identify friction points across the full journey:
Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer
. - Optimize qualification, sequences, content, workflows, and speed-to-lead in collaboration with the CRM expert.
- Measure and demonstrate the impact of optimizations on overall conversion.
- Monitor competitors in Quebec and Ontario markets.
- Identify new growth levers and improvement opportunities.
- Test and evaluate new technologies:
marketing AI, advanced attribution, automation, SEO/SEM, LLM, emerging tools

a strategist who loves working with data
- Minimum 6 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, digital marketing, CRM, or a similar role
- Fluency in French and English
, spoken and written, to collaborate with vendors in both languages - Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple teams, senior leadership, and manage consultants
- Strategic, analytical, rigorous, and results-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels and performance indicators
- Proficient with key tools:
GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Excel, Hub Spot (or similar CRM) - Asset: experience in multi-site environments or high-volume B2C lead generation (e.g., automotive, financing, services), and team management
