Reporting to the Director of Research and Knowledge Mobilization, the Manager leads a team in executing comprehensive communications strategies that align with organizational goals. You will manage partnerships and enhance communication efforts in child and youth mental health sectors. Prior leadership experience and strong strategic thinking are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communications strategies
• Measure analytics and improve communication processes
• Oversee media relations and enhance organizational visibility
• Manage digital content and social media channels
• Lead a team of strategic communications professionals
Requirements:
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum five years of related experience
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong public and media relations background
• Bilingual in English and French with excellent communication
