Elevate Joseph Ribkoff’s marketing endeavors as the Marketing Excellence Manager. Ensure brand consistency while driving strategic growth and partner engagement.

As the Marketing Excellence Manager, you will report directly to the VP Global Marketing, taking charge of marketing operations across wholesale and new retail divisions. Your responsibilities will include shaping creative briefs, developing co-op marketing strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives. Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster strong relationships with retail partners and drive selling performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the annual wholesale marketing calendar

• Create and communicate marketing briefs and execution plans

• Define messaging and language for marketing materials

• Lead co-op marketing initiatives with key partners

• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline

• 5+ years in marketing or related fields

• Experience with in fashion or retail sectors

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Analytical mindset for performance evaluation
