As Strategic, Creative, And Agile Partners And Storytellers, The Communications Team Develops, Implements, And Executes Internal And External Communications Activities That Proactively

As part of the Communications team, you will support a variety of communications, employee engagement, and event initiatives that help connect employees across the organization.
Main Mandate- Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of varying scale, including large, complex events involving multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, suppliers, registrations, budgets, and on-site support to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Support Communications Advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and vehicles, online and offline
- Draft and coordinate content for a variety of communications channels and tools
- Complete other tasks, as required
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event planning or related discipline
- Experience in communications planning and project management
- Experience supporting corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or large-scale projects
- Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. suppliers and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills
