Your Future Role on Our Team
BBA is creating a specialized sales enablement function, led by the Strategist and Team Leader, Marketing and Business Development. You’ll work closely with our Markets and Sales teams to sharpen our positioning, develop the tools needed to succeed and ensure a consistent and compelling presence in the market.
Type of position:
Regular
- Design high-value-added sales tools such as client presentations, executive presentations and complex strategic proposals.
- Establish and maintain the market’s value propositions and differentiators, tailored to clients and sales contexts.
- Lead the positioning of priority strategic proposals.
- Work with leadership teams and client account managers on positioning, key messages and proposal strategy.
- Lead the performance, development, and effectiveness of a shared team of three content specialists.
- Define and improve workflows, priorities, capacity allocation and quality standards for the content specialist pool.
- Coordinate with other strategists to assign specialists according to market needs.
- Coach specialists in content creation, process improvement and support for proposals and presentations.
- Participate in establishing the new function by defining standards of excellence.
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in marketing, business development or communications, ideally in professional services or consulting.
- Proven experience creating sales content from strategy to final delivery.
- Strong B2B positioning and storytelling skills, with a solid understanding of brand application across contexts.
- Experience managing staff with talent development in a matrix environment.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and contribute to organizational design.
- Strong visual sense and proficiency with design tools such as Canva.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
