As part of a pioneering not-for-profit, you will play a vital role in helping skilled immigrants restart their careers in Canada. The Bilingual Web and Digital Growth Specialist will drive quality improvements on our websites while engaging the Francophone community in innovative ways. We are looking for candidates who are creative, analytical, and committed to continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance bilingual website content and performance
• Implement SEO strategies for French-language campaigns
• Develop effective landing pages for marketing initiatives
• Analyze user data to improve conversion and engagement
• Collaborate with creative teams for asset production
Requirements:
• 4 to 7 years in marketing and web management
• Expertise with Webflow or similar CMS systems
• Fluent in both English and French
• Solid understanding of analytics and conversion metrics
• Experience in lending or regulated industries a plus
