Marketing Project Manager

Brand Marketing Consultant contract role open now! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Marketing Project Manager in the aviation and transportation sector in Dorval, Quebec.

• Coordinate and support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure marketing programs are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to coordinate campaign assets and project requirements.
• Track project status, budgets, risks, and key milestones while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, customer marketing, or project management.
• Bilingual French/English is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

$45.00 - $60.00 hourly

Contract:

12 months

Location:

Toronto, ON or Dorval, QC

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with 4 days per week in office

Full time hours, 40 a week
