Position: Marketing Coordinator / Content Writer
Location: Montreal

Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications
  • Write and coordinate social media posts according to the established content calendar.
  • Develop, write, and distribute content and communications that support communication objectives.
  • Support various departments with the writing, editing, and adaptation of communications, presentations, and documents.
  • Transform technical, operational, or specialized information into clear, accessible, and audience-focused content.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to promote the employer brand through digital campaigns.
Digital Platforms, Newsletters, and Online Channels
  • Manage, coordinate, update, and ensure the quality of content published across digital communication platforms in accordance with the editorial calendar.
  • Produce, publish, and optimize content to support communications, recruitment, and business development initiatives.
  • Structure messaging using recognized copywriting methodologies, including AIDA, PAS, and other frameworks aligned with communication objectives.
  • Create clear, persuasive content tailored to various audiences, channels, and business goals.
  • Apply digital content best practices and optimization techniques, including SEO, AEO, AIO, and GEO.
  • Manage comments, messages, and interactions on social media according to established processes.
  • Measure content performance and provide recommendations based on available data.
  • Create automated communications aligned with the user journey.
Marketing Tools Support
  • Manage and coordinate content offerings for internal users and business partners.
  • Develop publication materials for various internal stakeholders.
Digital Presence
  • Monitor social media activities to maintain a professional and consistent presence.
  • Conduct competitive social media monitoring and present key findings on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify and recommend content and visibility opportunities for target audiences.
  • Contribute to the optimization of digital content and user journeys to support engagement, conversion, and business objectives.
Digital Marketing Project Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with quality, branding, graphic design, and content standards.
  • Coordinate assigned marketing projects from initial requirements gathering through final delivery, ensuring follow-up on project milestones, timelines, stakeholders, and required approvals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on selected digital production initiatives.
Corporate Events
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance participant experiences during virtual events.
  • Coordinate communications, content, and marketing tools related to both virtual and in-person events in collaboration with relevant teams
What you need to succeed:

Required Qualifications
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, writing, communications, and digital marketing.
  • Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor content to different audiences, channels, business objectives, user journeys, and desired actions.
  • Strong knowledge of persuasive writing methodologies and frameworks, including AIDA, PAS, BAB, storytelling, and marketing copywriting principles.
  • Comfort working with artificial intelligence tools and the ability to rigorously validate generated content.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, with a demonstrated ability to produce and edit error‑free content.
