This position reports to the CRM Center of Expertise and involves creating and executing CRM strategies that foster strong customer relationships. You'll play a key role in developing roadmaps for data activation and personalization, while also managing agency relationships for campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute comprehensive CRM strategies

• Oversee the creation of targeted campaign briefs

• Conduct quality checks and ensure A/B testing

• Manage CRM calendar and tactical recommendations

• Drive best practices and process improvements across teams

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in CRM development and strategization

• Expertise in audience segmentation and marketing automation

• Familiarity with personalization techniques and compliance

• Retail or beauty experience is a strong advantage
