As a Communications Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Communications and Special Projects. Your focus will be on handling public correspondence, coordinating workflows, and supporting the implementation of comprehensive communication plans. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in both English and French are essential for successfully managing key processes and improving stakeholder relations in this innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor public inquiries for timely responses

• Coordinate preparation of responses with experts

• Maintain accurate correspondence logs and databases

• Develop reports on engagement activities and metrics

• Support the implementation of outreach strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

• 1-3 years in communications or stakeholder relations

• Excellent organizational and editing skills

• Detail-oriented with sound judgment

• Bilingual in English and French
