You’ll support the media planning team through every stage of a campaign, from the brief to the post-mortem analysis. You’ll serve as the liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners. You’ll learn quickly, get involved in a wide range of tasks, and make a tangible contribution to results.
In summary:
- Support media planning: research, presentations, briefs, buying, and client follow-ups
- Extract data from various tools, surveys, and digital platforms.
- Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
- Day-to-day project management: timelines, specs, creative approval, coordination
- Campaign monitoring: ensuring ad placements, compiling reports, contributing to performance reviews, tracking budgets
- Ensuring quality at every stage
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and on multiple campaigns simultaneously
2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a natural curiosity about specialized tools (Vividata, Numeris, etc.)
A structured, analytical, proactive, and organized individual
Meticulous, reliable, and results-orientedA true team player
