Creative Production Manager

Alteo is looking for a Senior Creative Production Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.

As part of a small, fast-growing digital agency offering great benefits and exciting challenges, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering creative projects, from concept through final production. You have excellent organizational skills, natural leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of creative production processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Define timelines, deliverables, necessary resources, and priorities.
- Monitor project progress daily and quickly identify risks or issues.
- Coordinate the various stages of production and ensure a smooth transition between teams.
- Ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
- Manage scope changes, urgent requests, and last-minute adjustments.
- Coordinate the work of internal teams and external vendors.
- Allocate resources based on priorities and workload.
- Oversee the production of various types of content.
- Ensure that deliverables comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop methods to improve the efficiency and predictability of production.
- Document processes and develop best practices for creative production.
- DEC/BACin project management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative projects.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Strong skills in managing deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate teams
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture view of projects.
- Good understanding of content creation and production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaborative software.
