As Growth Marketing Team Lead, you will develop marketing plans for potential clients and contractors. You will collaborate with Communications, Business Development, and Delivery Contractor Teams. The work combines marketing strategy, agency management, KPI tracking, website content, sales tools, and client experience. You will also manage the Client Milestones Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine marketing strategy from market insights
Create and deploy multi-country marketing plans
Manage agencies and freelancers across active markets
Track marketing KPIs through test and learn
Lead sales tools and website content development
Requirements:
10+ years in marketing-related fields
5+ years managing teams
5+ years managing agencies and freelancers
Marketing degree or related field
Excellent English and French communication skills
