You will engage with prospective organizations, fostering connections through email, phone, and video calls. Utilizing target lists provided, you’ll turn initial contacts into meaningful conversations about their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outreach to targeted nonprofits via multi-channel communication

• Utilize templates and scripts to tailor conversations

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries

• Qualify organizational needs and present relevant solutions

• Guide leads toward signing with thorough support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience

• Fluent in both French and English communications

• Curiosity and keen questioning skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
