Location: Montreal
Elevate healthcare philanthropy as a Development Advisor for the Montreal General Hospital Foundation's Major Gifts team. Focus on building donor relationships and maximizing mid-level gift opportunities.
In this full-time role, you will report to the Vice President, Development, actively managing a hybrid portfolio of major gift donors. Candidates should have extensive fundraising experience, especially in major gifts and planned giving. Your responsibilities will also involve collaborating with internal teams to leverage data-driven strategies in engaging diverse stakeholders and expanding donor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 100-125 major gift donors
• Develop tailored donor solicitation strategies
• Identify and qualify new high-potential prospects
• Present planned giving as part of donor engagement
• Monitor and strengthen the donor pipeline
Requirements:
• University degree required
• 4-6 years of fundraising experience
• Skills in donor relationship management
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Raiser’s Edge
• Experience in healthcare or research environments
