YOUR ROLE
Assess the patients' health status and provide appropriate care throughout the transfer, adhering to medical protocols and taking into account their
needs and wishes.
Ensure the planning of aeromedical transports by coordinating each step of the transfer, including medical care and both land and air transport.
Maintain smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders (flight coordination, medical team, hospitals, ambulance staff, etc.) to ensure accurate follow-up and optimal patient care.
Apply and adhere to the current procedures and policies while ensuring a quality service centered around the patient.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Experienced nurse , licensed with the OIIQ, with at least 2 years of critical care or emergency experience .
CAMATA certification? A plus — and if you don’t have it, we’ll offer the training!
Bilingual (French/English) and comfortable in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
Excellent skills in planning, communication, collaboration, and quick decision-making .
Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented , with a strong focus on safety and patient well-being.
Knowledge of Indigenous communities is an asset!
